1. Limited / Unlimited Usage: Limited / unlimited usage allows you, the purchaser to use the product/s purchased only on your website/s, redistribution to other persons or other websites is not allowed. Limited Usage grants you access to free upgrades and support from our system for the select product, for the select period. Unlimited License Usage means that you will get free upgrades and support for an unlimited period of time. For either type of usage, any custom code which is added by the purchaser will not be supported. 2. Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our product/s to fit your purposes. However you are not authorized to reverse engineer the coded part of our products without our agreement. 3. Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and then offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Webformatique. 4. Updates: Webformatique has no influence on the development of Joomla, Mambo or any other CMS (Content Management System) with which Webformatique's products are compatible. All products are in most cases designed for the latest version, but do not guarantee that the product will run with future versions of these CMS's. 5. Shipping: After you proceed to checkout you will receive your purchased copy via email, however if you have any problems receiving your purchase, please use the Contact link on this site or contact us using the 'contact us' form and we will investigate the matter for you. 6. Assign ability: You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license /activation to anyone else /any other URL without prior written consent from Webformatique. Each purchase of any of our products allows one license/activation pertaining to one domain name only. 7. Responsibility: We do not take any responsibility for failed backup restores or generated backups! You are responsible for your own system/s, we will however provide as much technical support for all problems arising with the use of our products as is possible, however before doing anything that you are not sure of please feel free to ask us in advance. Our products are provided "as is", for any problems regarding the functionality please contact us. In no event shall Webformatique be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. 8. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Webformatique. 9. Refund policy: As Webformatique is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product from our site or any other affiliated sites where our products are sold, including the Requirements of the products. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have before buying or, try our products via the demo sites which are available. Once the product has been registered to a chosen domain (part of the download process) then ABSOLUTLY NO REFUNDS will be available.
