Looking for support? As from the 16th May 2010 support is an optional extra that can be purchased from our store. We appreciate that not everyone wants or needs support so it's now your choice. Support can be purchased here: http://webformatique.com/buysupportpack Please Note: that bug fixes and product updates are included free for the life of the version of the product you purchase ie: Version 1.X. Should you have a problem with a product, please ensure you have the latest version of the product and a valid support pack before raising a support ticket in our helpdesk.
