Reservation Manager PRO is our property reservation solution for hotels, property rental agents and people that need additional functionality over Reservation Manager Standard Edition.

Hotel owners can now setup their hotel and assign rooms as sub-items with individual attributes such as multiple price tarriffs, they can also add mutiple hotels and assign each hotel to a seperate hotel manager.

Property agents can organise properties by customers (property owners) allowing simple and clear organisation. Membership and billing options allow you to control customers property adverts and access to the site while providing billing and invoicing for membership/commissions and other charges such as SMS messages sent.

Google Maps Integration

Integrated with GoogleMaps, simply update your property address, add your Google License key (available free from google) and the front-end will show a google map of your property.

* PayPal is our recommended payment system, it is the cheapest payment method and available in 190 countries. Note this is the only Payment method that allows the Unit Manager to accept payments directly and is also used for Unit Manager Billing.

Mambo and Joomla are CMS's (content management systems) that provides a great framework for your website. With the ability to easily manage your website without any special tools just an internet browser. Joomla provides an easy to use administration console, user management, content organisation and management plus you can extend the functionality of your website quickly easily and cost effectively with plugins and extensions such as our products. We believe Joomla provides an excellent basis for our products so we can focus all our attention on functionality.

• Joomla and product installation Service. Install Joomla and your chosen product onto your existing website (see requirements) 89€ (one off fee, product price not included in this price)
• Joomla 1-on-1 training. Need to learn Joomla fast, there are lots of internet resources for learning Joomla but if these aren't for you we can provide remote training to your PC for €69 per hour.
• Website Design. Joomla uses a template system to change the look and feel of a site. There are many cost effective, or free templates available for joomla on the internet however if you require something a little special or just for you and your business we do offer a complete template design service just for you for as little as €299.

Easy Administration Navigation

As with all our products Reservation Manager PRO features easy to use administration navigation with an AJAX tree that allows you to easily locate an item. The menu is organised by Unit Managers and clearly displays the Units (properties) assigned to the manager. It also features functions such as a Filtered User type and Unit Search.

Availability and Date Blocking

Availabilty management has become allot simpler with the introduction of the date "Block" function. This allows the administrator to easily display availability for multiple units over a specified period. Dates can then be blocked so these become un-available from the front-end website. (A report is also available which displays unit availability like this).

Front-End Website Features

The front-end website that your visitors see features neat, tabbed dialogues that organise the information and integrated photo thumbnails and photo zoom options.

Front-End Unit Managers Console

Unit Managers (Customers with properties allocated to them) can login on the front-end website and perform management of their own properties using the comprehensive Managers Console. This allows management of property information, customers, reservations and also viewing reports such as Unit Availability.

Minimum System Requirements

• Joomla 1.0.13 - Joomla 1.5 (Joomla 1.5 required the legacy plugin to be enabled.
• Apache 1.3.31 (or higher) (Unix)
• PHP 4.33 (or higher)
• MySQL 4.1 (or higher).
• * support for IonCube.

* PLEASE NOTE: PHP 5.2.5 or higher, and the IonCube loader must be installed in the php.ini file. Your hosting provider should be able to do this for you, but it may also be possible for you to use a custom php.ini file to install the loader yourself. Open and Encrypted Scripts

The majority of PHP code in Reservation Manager PRO is encrypted. However PRO uses HTML templates and CSS to control the layout and style of the site. So this can easily be tailored to suit your requirements and site style and layout. The encypted files require the ionCube support, when you purchase the extension the relavant ioncube loaders will be bundled with your download and these are installed automatically when you install the extension, however if you are running PHP 5.2.5 or higher, and the IonCube loader must be installed in the php.ini file. Your hosting provider should be able to do this for you, but it may also be possible for you to use a custom php.ini file to install the loader yourself.
