Brand New Support Function

I would like to take the opportunity to thank our users and customers, for being patient while we have
put into place many changes to the way we support our customers. For those of you who have had
late response to emails, and other technical issues over the last week, here is the reason why.

Due to the response from our customers we have decided to introduce a helpdesk. This allows customers
to submit tickets with our support team and have then logged appropriately. With this has also come more support
staff.

You may have also noticed we have introduced a live chat function. With this you can either, chat to our sales
department or our support department with your enquiries allowing you a fast response.

As you can appreciate while these changes are being implemented this may effect the way our normal excllent
support service, but we feel this is not only a neccessary implementation to the way we run but will also allow us
to give you more input into the way the products are delivered.

Reserveration Manager PRO is almost here!

Reservation Manager is almost here. This package has a lot more options than the original Reservation Manager, and is easily managed for hotels, with many rooms, or unit managers who own a variety of properties. This is available at 249 euro’s.

· Allows clear organisation of clients and unit managers.
· Units can be assigned to Unit Managers
· Membership system provides subscription based or commission based models for websites
· Taxes can now be assigned
· Optional extras can be assigned to properties
· Property types include standard properties or hotels
· Hotels include room types which can be created under the hotel
· New front-end organisation and tabbed organisation of data
· New Payment systems include PayPal and Authorize.net
· New Report systems including 5 standard reports and additional reports will be made available as required.

· Front-end Unit Manager console. Allows the Unit Manager to login at the front-end and perform the following:-

Car Manager V2.0 Now compatible with Joomla 1.5 (Release Date 1st March)

Apart from supporting the updated version of Joomla, Car Manager V2.0 includes the following upgrades:-

Optional extras can now be assigned to each vehicle or Vehicle Group.
Taxes and Insurances can also be defined per vehicle or Vehicle group.
Customise your site using the template pages, which allows you to change the look according to your own site’s needs/
Payment Module for Authorise.net is now available
Regionalise your product by country:- by checking a configuration option, vehicles/locations etc can be assigned to different countries.
these can be filtered from the front-end by country if required.

Hire Manager is launched

Hire manager was launched this month, and it is a great package for all your rental needs. It is a Joomla extensions, that allows you to sell and manage a variety of rental items online. This extension provides an easy to use 1-2-3-4 reservation system for your customers, so that they can choose their rental dates and times then select from the list of available equipment, register their details and finally pay using PayPal to confirm the reservation.


· Add any number of items.
· Upload photos of items.
· PayPal integration, the system allows your customers to reserve an item and pay instantly.
· Easy to use administration console.
· Define Insurance and Taxes.
· Define Collection and Return locations and charges associated with locations.
· Option to define a date based price scheme.
· Option to set different prices for different rental periods ie: 0 to 7 days or 7 to 14 days etc...
· Assign items to Product Types so that customers can filter, thus giving a smoother search experience.
