Q/ Are the Webformatique products compatible with any other types of CMS?

A/ Our products were designed to run on Joomla 1.0 and above. So if the CMS is based on these then it will probably be fine. Please send contact support should you have any specific questions about the requirements.

Q/ If Joomla are free how can you charge your products?

A/ Our products have been written and developed for businesses to manage online property rentals. In order to support and continue this project and fund development of the product we are charging a small fee. Your purchase provides you with the component and future updates to the product for bug and feature updates.

Q/ Will I be able to get upgrades and patches for the product?

A/ Upgrades and Patches are available on the Customer Download area of our website. V1.X patches are free to all existing customers.

Q/ What support will I get when I purchase?

A/ Support is sold as an optional extra, we appreciate that not everyone wants or need support so we have priced our products without support, but you have the option to purchase a support pack should you need it.

Q/ Can Webformatique install and configure the product for me?

A/ We are happy to install and basically configure any or our products for you. However there maybe a charge associated with this service.

Q/ Can Webformatique provide a fully configured Joomla setup with one of the Webformatique products for my Business?

A/ Yes, we can provide a full solution for your business, this includes hosting, fully configured Joomla with your selected product installed and ready to go. We can even register a domain name for you so there is nothing for you to worry about apart from adding the content and your rental advertisements. Please contact sales for further information.

Q/ Can I install the webformatique products onto Multiple Domains/Websites?

A/ Purchasing a license of products entitles you to install and run our products per installation of Joomla or per domain. However when you purchase a license you will be able to download two copies of the product one for your live domain and one for development.

Q/ Can I transfer the registration from one domain to another?

A/ Yes, however your license agreement only entitles you to run the component on one domain at a time. It is possible to move this domain for a fee of €55. Only two transfers per purchase is possible.
