Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of Webformatique, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Webformatique service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Webformatique affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Use of Names: The reseller must promote the brand name Webformatique and related products. The reseller must not re-brand or remarket the products under a different name. The products should be marketed as Webformatique Reservation Manager, Webformatique Car Manager etc where appropriate. Modification to graphic logos/banners and supplied media can only be released onto the resellers website with prior approval by Webformatique. Termination: Webformatique reserve the right to cancel this agreement at any time. The Reseller must not misrepresent Webformatique or products, in such this agreement will be terminated immediately. Termination by the Reseller: The Reseller must provide one calendar month notice in writing to terminate this contract. All material connected or pertaining to the sale of Reservation Manager on behalf of Webformatique must be removed from the Resellers internet space/s immediately upon notice of termination. After termination of this agreement the Reseller must not use any media belonging to or connected with Webformatique and or Reservation Manager. All sales Webformatique products performed by the Reseller must be concluded and monies must be settled by the Reseller before termination of this agreement takes effect. Webformatique Client Privacy: Any information shared between Webformatique or its clients to the Reseller is deemed confidential and should not be discussed or passed to any third parties without the prior written authorisation of Webformatique. This contract prevents the Reseller from using Webformatiques clients for any purpose other than the promotion of Webformatiques Reservation Manager sales unless prior written authorisation is granted by Webformatique. This exclusion continues for a period of 12 months after cessation of this contract. Modification of Product Code: Products are shipped with a single encrypted class file. Modification or reverse engineering of this code is strictly prohibited. Modification of unencrypted code is acceptable but Webformatique will not support modifications made to the scripts. Agreement Notes: Webformatique retains the rights to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. This agreement also forms part of our EULA.
